Stinson's lofty ambitions pay off in Hamilton

In the four months since he started selling in a depressed market, Harry Stinson is seeing brighter prospects ahead. So far the former Toronto developer says he has sold about 40 per cent of the units in his Hamilton project, an old schoolhouse called the Stinson School that he purchased last year.
