Condo Critic: Complex has the right height and heft for location

Like so many small downtown arteries, Brant St. is easily overlooked. Running north from King St. west of Spadina, it has little to differentiate it from a hundred other similar roads. Therein lies its charm; indeed, streets such as Brant make up the very grid that makes Toronto comprehensible and accessible even to the newly arrived.
