CONDO CRITIC: Residential revival has mixed results

It is small downtown streets such as Charles that have borne the brunt of urban change. This centrally located artery has gone from being primarily single-family residential to mid-rise apartment buildings to institutional; now it's returning to its residential roots. Indeed, the condo boom has left its mark on Charles as any street in Toronto. That doesn't have to be a bad thing, of course, but here the results are mixed.
