Same wine: $4.99 in Buffalo – $11.25 here

Where does the buck stop with the LCBO? I'm getting calls from wine lovers asking why Yellow Tail Chardonnay is $4.99 in Buffalo, but $11.25 here. When our currency is at par. The same goes for higher-end wines. Why have California wines not plummeted 30 per cent in price? Instead, they seem to be creeping ever upward.
