'Holiday' sale at towers

With a name like Holiday Towers, you'd expect there to be a sale. And that's what the Etobicoke development is having this weekend.
A new series of bachelor suites begin at $119,900 with junior one bedrooms starting at $149,900 and standard one bedrooms at $169,900. Holiday Towers, near Cloverdale Mall and Sherway Gardens, is a quartet of buildings developed by FRAM Building Group.
The special, run in association with SellOffCondo.com, begins at noon on Saturday and Sunday and will be first-come-first-served.
"The idea behind SellOffCondo.com is to make home ownership available to those who have been excluded by rising prices in the GTA," says FRAM president Frank Giannone. The units are small, with bachelors starting at 367 square feet and the largest one bedrooms coming in at 587 square feet.
For a premium some of the one-bedroom suites also offer large patios and terraces.
Prices do not include either storage lockers or parking spots, which are available at an extra cost.
